
Science has a distinct soundscape—the hum of centrifuges, the clicking of pipettes, and the whirring of vortex mixers. While often overlooked, these sounds are part of the rhythm of daily lab work. We wanted to transform these functional noises into something artistic, turning everyday lab sounds into a captivating symphony. The goal was to create a campaign that resonated with scientists emotionally while reinforcing Starlab’s presence as an innovative brand.
To bring this concept to life, we collaborated with sound designers and musicians to create an audio-visual campaign featuring a composition made entirely of real lab sounds. The campaign film showcased these sounds in sync with stunning lab visuals, creating a hypnotic, immersive experience. Social media content extended the concept, inviting lab workers to share their own “Sounds of Science” and contribute to an evolving sound archive. A dedicated landing page provided behind-the-scenes insights into the making of the campaign and linked to Starlab’s key products featured in the video.
The campaign created a deep emotional connection within the scientific community, with many lab professionals sharing their own sounds and engaging in conversations about their daily experiences. It positioned Starlab as a brand that truly understands and celebrates the scientific process. The unique, artistic approach also helped the campaign gain traction beyond traditional scientific circles, sparking interest from creatives and audio enthusiasts alike.
